One of the factors was that I was working shift work and would email him sometimes at 10 o’clock at night and at weekends, but he would always reply straight back with an answer whatever the question. One of the observations I had with Rightmove, and other estate agents, was if you made enquiries with them they were reluctant to give you all the details and were rather “furtive”. It seemed to me they just wanted get you out there so they could sell face to face. With Chris it was different. He was honest and transparent, which was a refreshing difference and helped convince me.”
